Ingredients:
1/2 cup amaranth, rinsed and soaked in water 7-8 hours
1 1/2 cup fresh almond milk
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground flax seed
1 tbsp currants
1 tbsp almonds
1 tsp organic or raw honey
Fresh pear, or any fruit of your choosing
Instructions:
1. Combine amaranth, almond milk and sea salt in pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in flax seed, currants and almonds.
3. Serve.
4. Garnish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
