Ingredients:
Marinated Kale:
- Kale (lacinado or curly-- curly pictured)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic salt or minced garlic
- Shoyu or tamari to taste
- Lemon juice to taste (just a little is enough)
- Apple cider vinegar
Add the olive oil and massage gently but thoroughly-- give your kale some love
Add the apple cider vinegar, about a tablespoon
Begin adding other ingredients to taste. Experiment!

- Cabbage
- Garlic salt
- Sesame seeds
